As an Operations Team Leader, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. You’ll handle a mix of hands-on cleaning tasks, client communication, and administrative duties, including:
Performing cleaning tasks: Janitorial services, window cleaning, pressure washing, vehicle cleaning, and more.
Client satisfaction: Communicating with customers via email, text, or in-person to meet their needs and exceed expectations.
Job coordination: Bidding jobs, preparing estimates and proposals, and following up with clients.
Team leadership: Managing and training staff to maintain high-quality standards.
We’re looking for someone who has:
Experience in the cleaning industry, including the services we offer.
A flexible schedule and is available to work day or night as needed.
